National Missions Awareness

The month of March is an opportunity for your church or organization to gain a deeper appreciation for and awareness of church planting around the United States. Every year, during National Missions Awareness Month, one or more specific church plants are brought into the spotlight for the purpose of raising prayer support and extra financial support.

This year the focus will consist of three exciting opportunities.

The first will target New York City, more specifically, lower Manhattan. Rev. Dennis Minner will be the lead planter in this endeavor. We have a unique opportunity to reach this part of the U.S. Please consider and pray for this new work.
This year National Missions will be starting a new "Church Planting Endowment." Our desire is to build a large enough endowment to fund new National Missions projects without any undue strain of the budget. The goal for this endowment is $25 million. That may sound like a lot, and it is. But when the goal is reached, the interest will be around $1.4 million a year that will enable National Missions to plant 5 anchor churches annually. It will take years to amass such an amount, but God will provide. This endowment will be build by taking 25% of every dollar given by churches during National Missions Awareness Month.
