Jeff has a burning passion to reach the unchurched. Having pastored in established churches as well as church plants Jeff has experienced the joy of seeing many unchurched people have their lives radically changed by a relationship with their Creator. In order for people to reach their God-given potential Jeff believes they must have a personal relationship with God and he is intensely devoted to doing whatever it takes to help achieve that goal. He personal vision is directed toward helping people awaken the potential inside them. Jeff loves the thrill of working with Church Planters across the country who are sold out to reaching the unchurched in their communities. He lives in Fairdealing, MO with his beautiful wife and amazing daughter.

Barbara Acre

Administrative Assistant

Barbara Acre, the administrative assistant for General Baptist National Missions, has been managing the work of that department for the past 18years.

Her duties encompass coordinating and doing hands-on work with all departmental mailings, preparing material for the General Association meetings and Ministry & Mission Summits, handling funds coming in and going out of the department, developing and executing the monthly E-Voice newsletters, and accomplishing whatever tasks come across her desk.

Barbara and her family are very active at Black River General Baptist Church in Broseley, Missouri. This mother of a married daughter and two married sons has four grandchildren.

Terrell Somerville

National Church Planting Coach

Terrell is the founding pastor of Freedom Church, in Gallitin, TN. Today, Freedom Church is in its first phase building on 15 acres of property in one of the most growing areas in middle Tennessee . He is a graduate of Oakland City University with a degree in Religious Arts and has also graduated from the Christian Training Institute. Terrell has also taught at multiple church plant training events and successfully coached dozens of church planters across the U.S. and China. Terrell firmly believes in the power of the Word of God to change lives. Therefore, he is a careful student of the Word of God, preaching it to meet the needs of every day living. Previously he has served in various churches as senior pastor and as youth pastor. He and his wife Shanda have three daughters; Lily , India and Chloe.

Gary Baldus

National Church Planting Coach

Rev. Gary Baldus is the founding pastor of New Walk Church in Zephyrhills, FL., one of the fastest growing church plants in the south eastern U.S. Gary is a gradute of the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in business. Gary is a co-founder of Church Planting Dynamics and has taught church planting seminars nationally with New Church Specialties. Gary is passionately sold out to the ministry of church planting and coaching planters to be successful. He is married to his wonderful wife Shawn and has two beautiful little girls.
